This Privacy Policy describes how Multiposting Panel ("Service", "Application", "We") collects, uses, stores, and protects user information when using our Application for automated multi-platform video posting.

1. Third-Party API Services & OAuth Authorization

Multiposting Panel integrates with third-party platforms to publish content on your behalf. For this purpose, we request authorization (OAuth) on the following platforms:

Google (YouTube API Services): We access your Google data to publish video materials to your YouTube channel (as YouTube Shorts or standard videos). The Application complies with the YouTube Developer Policies and the Google Privacy Policy.
Meta / Facebook (Instagram Graph API): We use access to automatically post Reels to your connected Instagram Business account.
TikTok (TikTok Commercial API): We request authorization to upload and publish videos on your TikTok channel.
VKontakte (VK API) & Odnoklassniki (OK API): We use access tokens provided by you exclusively for publishing clips and videos to your profile wall or specified communities.

2. What Data We Collect & Store

We collect and process only the data technically required for multi-posting functionality:

Registration Data: Hashed username and encrypted password (using Argon2 algorithm) to access the control panel.
OAuth Access Tokens: Access tokens (access token, refresh token) returned by third-party platforms during authorization. These are stored securely in our database.
Publishing Content: Video files (MP4/MOV formats) and post captions temporarily uploaded by the user to the server for distribution to social networks.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We guarantee that:

We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal data, including OAuth tokens, usernames, and content, to any third parties, advertising networks, or analytics agencies.
All transmitted data is sent exclusively to the APIs of the respective social networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, VK, OK, Telegram) to execute the requested publication.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on a secure server. We use industry-standard encryption protocols during transit (HTTPS/TLS) and storage. Dashboard access is protected by optional two-factor authentication (TOTP).

6. Data Deletion & Revoking Permissions

You have complete control over your authorizations:

You can disconnect any connected social account directly in the Application dashboard by clicking the "Disconnect" button. At that moment, the access token is permanently erased from our database.
You can revoke Multiposting Panel's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings page: Third-party apps with account access.
