1. Compliance with Third-Party Platform Terms

Our Application integrates with various social networks and video platforms. By using Multiposting Panel to publish content to these platforms, you agree to comply with their respective terms of service:

YouTube: By authorizing via Google to publish to YouTube, you unconditionally agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Meta / Instagram: You agree to comply with Meta/Instagram Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
TikTok: You agree to comply with TikTok Terms of Service.
VKontakte & Odnoklassniki: You agree to comply with the terms of use of VK.com and OK.ru.

2. Description of Service

Multiposting Panel provides tools for centralized management and publication of videos across multiple platforms simultaneously. The Service is not an official client of any supported social network and interacts with them exclusively through official public APIs.

3. User Rights and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Application account credentials, including password and two-factor authentication (2FA) secret keys.
You are solely responsible for all content (videos, text, titles, hashtags) published through our Application.
You agree not to use the Application for spamming, copyright infringement, publishing illegal content, hate speech, or any actions that violate applicable laws or target platform policies.

4. Termination and Revoking Permissions

You may stop using the Application and revoke its access permissions at any time:

Inside the Application dashboard by disconnecting social accounts via the "Disconnect" button.
In third-party security settings (e.g., on your Google Account permissions page: Third-party apps with account access).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of API changes by target platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), server downtime, or account restrictions. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
